Parent Volunteer Information
All WGC parents are asked to commit to ten volunteer hours over the course of each season. Some of the volunteer roles available include:
1. Concert Usher
2. Hall Monitor (Rehearsals)
3. Assistant for a Fundraiser
4. Travel Chaperone
5. Rehearsal Sign In Table
6. Concert Program Printing
Of course, we are always in need of skill-based help involving recording, photography, social media, fundraising, etc.!

1. Sign in to your Charms Account.
2. Click on the Volunteer icon on the home page.
3. Select your preferred volunteer assignment and follow the instructions.
4. That's it! A reminder message will be sent to you just prior of your volunteer time.
