Epic and Serenade will be representing Willamette Girlchoir at "Music in the Making" in Portland this weekend, April 14-15! Hundreds of young women from around the state are coming together for this event under the direction of Portland Symphonic Girlchoir and guest conductor, Deborah A. Mello.

Singers, take note of the reminders below for SATURDAY:

- Meet at Parrish on Saturday at 8:15am to load the vans!

- Wear your WGC t-shirt, jeans, and comfortable shoes. Bring a jacket just in case we have to walk from our parking place to the rehearsal space in the rain.

- Lunch AND dinner will be provided for you!

- Bring your music, 3-hole punched, in a black binder AND a pencil. There will be extra binders in the vans if you cannot get a hold of one. Water bottles aren't a bad idea either!

- Each singer will be given a $5 game card for John's Incredible Pizza. If singers want to play more games beyond that, they'll need to bring the extra money themselves!

- Estimated arrival time back at Parrish in Salem for pickup is 7:30pm.

- Meet at Parrish to load the vans on Sunday at 1:00pm, wearing your concert attire (dresses, tights, shoes, etc.).

- Bring a small bag with a change of clothes if you want to change after the concert for the ride home.

- Bring $5-10 for dinner. We will make a quick stop on the way home.

- Estimated arrival time back at Parrish in Salem for pickup is 7:30pm.

Trinity Episcopal Cathedral

147 NW 19th Ave

Portland, OR 97209

Admission: $10

If you would like to sign out your singer after the concert and stay in Portland a little longer or simply drive them home yourself, you will need to physically sign them out with the WGC directors. Please do not simply leave with your singer! We need an accurate headcount for our vans on the ride home.
